@facebookmuseum is a project that brings together 871 images captured from Facebook users' public profiles around the world. Using the platform's search engine, the artist appropriates publicly shared photos, forming a collection that documents everyday moments displayed on social networks. Since 2016, these images have been posted on Instagram, where the complete collection is accessible. This photobook presents a selection of images taken between 2017 and 2021, offering an analysis of the dynamics of personal exposure on social media. By bringing these photos together, the book raises questions about the relationship between those who share and those who observe, and how these interactions shape the boundaries between public and private. It examines the effects of online visibility, without focusing on the technical or personal aspects of the posts, and how users contribute to the construction of a collective archive of experiences.
